What types of documents can I process?

Our platform currently supports various document types including invoices, bank statements, receipts, and purchase orders. We're continuously expanding our document processing capabilities based on user needs.

How do I get started with docsloop?

Getting started is simple: 1) Create a free account 2) Choose your document type 3) Upload your first document 4) Get your processed data in seconds. No credit card is required, you have 20 credits for free.

Is there a limit to the number of documents I can process?

Your processing limit depends on your credit's amount. Each credit corresponds to one page processed. You can view our pricing page for detailed information about credit packages.

How secure is my data?

We take security seriously. We don't store any documents on our servers, and the third-party services we use have strong privacy policies and security measures in place to protect your data.

How long do you keep my documents?

Documents are never stored on our servers. However, the extracted data remains available in your account. You can manually delete documents at any time.

Who has access to my documents?

Nobody since we don't store any documents on our servers.

What formats do you support?

We support PDF for now, but we're working on adding more formats soon. For optimal results, we recommend using PDF documents with clear, legible text.

Can I process documents in bulk?

Yes! You can upload multiple documents at once, and our system will process them in parallel for maximum efficiency.

What happens if there's an error in processing?

If your document is corrupt or cannot be sent to our system, no credits will be consumed. However, if the document is valid but uploaded in an incorrect category, credits will still be consumed for the processing.

How do credits work?

One credit equals one page processed. Credits are deducted as you process documents. If you bought credits with a Business plan, they never expire. You can purchase additional credits at any time.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You'll see in your dashboard when your credits are running low. You can always purchase additional credits.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

While credits are non-refundable, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for your first purchase. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

Can I export the processed data?

Yes! You can export data in CSV for now but we're working on adding more formats including Excel, JSON, and XML.

Do you have an API?

Yes, we offer a comprehensive REST API for Enterprise plans. This allows you to integrate our document processing capabilities directly into your workflow.

What integrations do you support?
